One-off commands

berth run myapp npx prisma migrate deploy      # a fresh container with the current image and config
berth run myapp python manage.py createsuperuser
berth exec myapp                               # a shell inside the running container
berth exec myapp node -e 'console.log(process.env.PORT)'

run exits with your command's exit code, so it's fine in scripts.
